Trainspotters in the Cab of LNER/BR Class J6 64212 Basford and Bulwell Station 1950

Trainspotting schoolboys photographed in the Cab of LNER/BR Class J6 64212 at Basford and Bulwell Station in November 1950. The station closed in 1964.

The boys are wearing their school uniforms, as did most spotters of that period; peaked caps, blazers, short/long trousers and knee socks.
