English Electric Class 37/4 No. 37421 arrives with the Crewe to Holyhead service on 16th August 1993 wearing BR Petroleum Sector livery. It was built at English Electric Vulcan Foundry works and released to traffic in 10 February 1965 as D6967. Withdrawn 31 July 2009 and sold to Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway, it was sold to Colas and reinstated 31 December 2014.

Immaculate English Electric Class 37/4 No. 37402 passes through Carlisle station light engine heading south on Monday 21st March 2016 wearing 'Big Logo' livery, Blue with Large Logo/Numbers Style, Yellow Cabsides. It was built at English Electric Vulcan Foundry works and released to traffic in 4th April 1965 as D6974. It was renumbered as 37274 under TOPS before being renumbered to 37402. It is now owned by Direct Rail Services.
